Forms

There are only 2 required forms for Canadians and 3 required forms for Americans. MAKE SURE to “Print to PDF” to ensure that the information punched into the form is captured and you don’t end up downloading and sending a blank form: All Hunters are required to fill out the Hunter Information form even if you have filled out one in past years.

1. Hunter Information Form (fillable PDF - MAKE SURE to “Print to PDF”)

2. Release of Liability Form (may need to be printed as signature is required)

3. Non-Resident Firearms Declaration (American hunters - for U.S. to Canada customs)

4. Credit Card Authorization Form (if paying via credit card; fillable PDF)

Please make sure that the Hunter Information Form is filled out thoroughly. The info allows us to 1) being able to apply for your WIN and permits on your behalf so you don’t need to worry about it, and 2) make sure that we can best meet your needs while you are with us. We understand that some of it might seem a little personal, but it is only for us to use to better serve you.
